Wise JetSearch for Windows

Wise JetSearch can be used as an alternative to Windows Search. It was designed to quickly and efficiently search files and folders on local drives. It supports both NTFS as well as FAT file systems.

You can also use a Wildcard search. If you're not sure what the name of the file/folder you need, you can use *or? You can replace the files you don't know by using *or?
