WinNTSetup is a MSFN product and comes with a free license. It can be used primarily to deploy custom Windows OS installations on multiple machines. This program allows more experienced users to create a better Windows installer. Before creating one yourself, novice users should seek help.

WinNTSetup allows you to create customized Windows setup files and modify them according to your requirements. Once you have the virtual file of the installation file, you can select it and choose from the list of supported Windows editions. Similar apps are VistaMizer, WinUSB, and WinSetupFromUSB.

This app will provide you with a list containing enhancements that can be applied to your newly created Windows Installer. These include disabling Aero Transparency, first log on animation and lock screen for Windows 8. You can also use this tool to perform other operations, such as Disable System Restore or Hibernation if you are confident in your abilities.

This installer also allows you to create partitioned Virtual Hard Disks on physical disk drives. This allows you to install a customized version of Windows. You can attach or detach a VHD from your computer.

The interface is simple and user-friendly. It is divided into tabs for Windows 7 and later, and one tab for Windows 2000, XP, and 2003. You can find help tips that expand as your mouse pointer moves over the balloon shapes.

There are 25 additional tweaks available under Settings. These are only available for older operating systems like XP. Windows 10 users, for example, are more interested in custom privacy settings and the ability to disable indexing pages for faster drive access. Windows 10 does not offer these options.

This utility is a must-have for advanced users who are more familiar with Windows setup and installation. It is also useful for anyone who needs to mass-deploy any modified Windows version to meet system or organisational requirements.

Although it may not have adequate documentation, it is sufficient to ensure that users are proficient and understand the program before they attempt to use it.
