NirSoft has developed WebBrowserBookmarksView. The free software works with Windows XP and up to Windows 10. The standalone file can be used on any 32-bit or 64 bit system and it will run without the need for installation.
WebBrowserBookmarksView displays details of your bookmarks from Chrome and Firefox. It allows you to load your bookmarks list from either your current logged in user profile, a remote computer or an external hard drive. You can then export the list or copy them and paste them into a spreadsheet. It is easy to find and organize your bookmarks in Google Chrome if you only use one browser.

The software can scan Chrome and Firefox, Opera, Edge, Edge, and other browsers. It will also work with Chrome and Firefox browsers. To filter them by specific strings, press Crtl+O. You can also search multiple words or strings, or find bookmarks with specific terms.
To access a bookmark on your phone, select the bookmark and then press F2 to display the QR code.
Command lines can be used to save different options. You can save bookmarks to a text or comma-delimited file, a tab file, an HTML5 file, an XML or a JSON format. A command line can be used to sort columns and start the program with a specific config file.
To view a bookmark stored on a remote network or an external hard drive, press F9 to open the Advanced Options windows. You can then choose the data source you require.
Available languagesThe software is currently available in twelve languages: French, German Russian, Spanish, and many more. The developer gives instructions on its website to translate WebBrowserBookmarksView in a language of your choice.
