Voxal for Windows

Voxal is a microphone-voice changer that also offers some optional extras. Voxal can accept multiple audio file formats, including MP3, OGG and WMA, AAC FLAC, AAC and AIFF. It only exports and outputs MP3 files.

Voxal has many uses, including creating new voices in podcasts, online chat software and movie clips.

Voxal allows you to add vocal effects to audio files on your hard disk. You simply need to load the audio files into the main window of Voxal and then play around with them using any combination of sound effects or voices from the library.

The software has many voices, including robot, pixie and alien voices, as well as echo, ethereal, and radio voices. Voxal offers 14 sound effects and allows you to modify the vocal structure, such as pitch shifting and vibrato.
