Manager of a frozen program for free
Tweaking.com's free program Kill Frozen Programs allows users to stop unresponsive programs and games by pressing a few keys. Sometimes programs and games freeze, leaving you with a black screen. This program will allow you to close a frozen program by pressing a few keys.
Kill Frozen Programs is unlike other program managers like Comodo Programs Management. It was created to shut down any apps that have become unresponsive, or frozen.
How it worksNothing is more frustrating than a game freezing right as you are about to start playing. It can be even more frustrating if the Task Manager doesn’t work as it should. This is because the game can take priority over all other things at that point.
To get your Windows computer working again, you may need to restart it. Kill Frozen Programs allows you to set global keys that you can use to stop a program from freezing. The program will close all unresponsive apps if you press the button. You don't need to access Task Manager manually to close the app.
Design and use of programsThe program is simple and straightforward in its design. After the program has been downloaded and installed on your Windows computer you can launch it to assign the global keys.
You will only have one window to set your global keys when you open the program. To test the program and to see if any unresponsive software is running in the background, you can also choose to "Run Now". The results will be displayed below the main buttons. This will show you the current status. This section provides valuable information, such as the number of unresponsive programs found and whether they were terminated.
Unresponsive software is not a problemKill Frozen Programs is a free Windows app that will automatically close any app or game that becomes unresponsive. You can activate this program by pressing the global keys. The program will check your system for any unresponsive apps or games and close them.
