TinyTask is a tool that can convert multiple windows on a computer into an automation macro. You can also trigger a series instead of doing them manually.

TinyTask has six icons on its tiny interface: open and save, record, play/compile, and options. Options allow you to change the playback speed for a recorded action, recall settings in an INI folder, and open a help window.

The help file isn’t very detailed so it’s not difficult to learn. Automating is as easy as pressing record. TinyTask will save what you did until you press the stop button. Just press play to watch your cursor fly around repeating what you have just done.

The TinyTask recorder will initiate a single macro when it is finished. However, you can set up many actions. TinyTask allows you to save actions as standalone.exe and.rec files. This allows you to record a variety of activities and trigger them all later.

Perhaps you don't want to have the same handful running at all times. TintTask allows you to record your mouse's navigation to each program and save it afterwards. This would create a macro that you could trigger. This would eliminate the need to spend five minutes repeating the same actions each day.

TinyTask is an automation recorder that does exactly what it was designed to do. It doesn't work with internet browsers. While you can open your web browser, any actions (e.g. You can open your web browser, but any actions (e.g. opening a tab) won't be recorded to the macro.

TinyTask takes up only 35kb on Windows and is safe to use. The app's developer has decided to discontinue the project and no future updates will be possible. You might be better off downloading an updated app like Automator or Autohotkey.
