Free, playable horror game demo

This demo of Jaybee's current game is available to give you a taste. The game is still in development but already has an ominous atmosphere that will immerse you in the experience.

Still Ridge is a horror mystery game in progress. It will be released in four parts starting in the last quarter of 2021. It's a stylized, point and click horror adventure game that recalls games like Clocktower or Gabriel Knight. It is also evident that the game was inspired by Silent Hill, The Medium, and other games.

How do I install Still Ridge

The game is still in development and is only available through the developer's website on itch.io. Click to download the demo once you are there. Extract the files and open the application file.

What is the point of the game?

Without giving away too much, imagine a combination of a serial killer, an unmapped town, and a therapist capable of traveling within and between his clients' troubled nightmares.

There is no way to guide you because you are in other peoples' dreams. To progress, you'll need to explore and use your lateral thinking to find the objects around.

How can you play Still Ridge?

The mouse allows you to move around. To interact with objects along the way, left-click in the direction you want your character moving. Right-clicking allows you to examine objects closer, which can help you use them to your advantage.

How do I remove it?

Navigate to the location where the game files were stored when you installed them, and then move them to the Recycle Bin.

Intense gameplay

Still Ridge seems to have an interesting storyline. We can see it in the demo. This makes the game more interesting, as you aren't just working towards a predetermined endpoint.

There is no indication at the moment that this game will ever be full of action. However, based on current updates it's impossible for us to predict. The game's ominous atmosphere makes us fear that we will face danger at some point. It is clear that the focus is on logic and patience, but it's not hard to see.

Requiem for Erich Sann, if you are a fan horror-survival, is a more atmospheric option. It features a first-person perspective making it even more immersive.
