City Interactive's Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 Game Review

City Interactive has released Sniper: Ghost Warrior, a new series of military tactical and sniper role-playing gaming games. The game lets players play the role of a freelance spy, who is hired by a private security firm to eliminate a secret target. This game is different from other first-person shooters. Instead of being a character (you), the player assumes the role as a sniper. He or she can see through almost all types of optics, and use a variety of gadgets to kill targets. While fighting waves of enemy soldiers, villains, and guards on the compound that you are trying to destroy, you will be interrogated by a few dozen of them.

The story begins with a plot about terrorists who plan to blow up major airports. The terrorist group, mostly teens, plans to attack the airport with two bombs that can be remotely placed onto a variety of planes. The bombs will explode once they are planted and release a lot of radioactive material into air. The government would then issue a massive alert across the entire area, making it almost impossible for any planes to take off or land.

The initial plot sounds intriguing, but I felt the overall quality of this game was lacking. Despite City Interactive making significant progress in level design and storyline, the game's main gameplay feels very similar to previous installments of the sniper series. Although there are still many bullets and other objects that you can shoot at, the shooting portion of the game was not exciting or engaging. Despite this, I enjoyed the game. The final part left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied. The game has a lot of high-quality concept art and animations that add to its visual appeal. Ghost Warrior 2: Ultimate Collector's Edition is a must-have for anyone who enjoys Snipers Forever or Ghost Warrior 2.
