ScrollNavigator for Windows

ScrollNavigator allows you to adjust the scrolling functionality of documents horizontally and vertically. Simply click and hold the right (or middle) mouse button in a window to scroll the contents.

ScrollNavigator can be used with any windows that have standard scroll bars, i.e. office programs, explorer windows, etc. Dynamic acceleration is also added to your mouse wheel by the app. This feature makes scrolling easier and more precise.
