Scanner is a free program that displays disk space usage on your drive or other media. It will display a graphic representation of your PC's content in files and folders so you can see what data is being used.

The Scanner app will analyze all directories you choose (DVD, Hard drive etc.). You can perform many functions with the Scanner app installed on your Windows system. The best part is that you don't have to install the app on your computer. You can simply drop the executable file anywhere on your hard disk. The app is easy to use, and you don't require any technical knowledge.

The program will automatically scan your computer files and display the results in concentric circles when you launch it. You can easily distinguish the files on your device by seeing them in colour. The total size, file folder, and number of files within a circle will be displayed when you hover your cursor over it. You cannot export the pie charts image to an external device or folder.

Other functions include automatic scanning of a local drive, zooming into and out of the pie charts, and accessing add/remove program sections in the control panel. This access allows you to remove programs you don't need from your computer.
