Realtek has released the Realtek UAD Driver for free. It is compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 8.1. It can be used on any system that supports the Realtek Legacy HDA FF00 driver. This software may not be able to provide audio enhancements for devices that require them.

If you used the official setup method, disconnect from the Internet and then restart. Next, connect to the Internet again or install the generic package.
