Realtek PCIe GBE & FE Network Card Drivers communicate with your operating system and the LAN hardware on your motherboard. Your internet speed is determined by the type of driver. It also controls the wired network that connects to your computer. Realtek is the developer and distributor of the Realtek PCIe FE Network Card Drivers (Windows 32-bit and 64 bit) and is compatible with Windows 10.

You can use IObit Driver Booster Online or the Driver Pack Solution Online to keep your drivers up-to-date.

Driver settings

An average user will not need to modify any settings. If you do need to make any changes, however, you can access the Properties setting. You will find the following tabs: General, Advanced, Driver, Details, and Events. The General tab provides information about the driver. The Driver tab provides details about the driver and allows you to roll back, update, disable, or uninstall it.

How to fix problems

The Realtek PCIe Network Card can also be called the Realtek PCIe Family Controller. There are four ways to fix problems with the Family Controller.

Visit the manufacturer's site to download drivers for your network adapters. Open Device Manager and locate the network card under Network Adapters. Follow the instructions and choose Manual Mode. After that, restart your computer. If you know when the problem started, you can restore it to a previous time. To open System Restore, open the Run Dialog Box by pressing Windows + R. Type in 'rstrui.exe" and hit Enter. Click Next to select the restore point. Follow the instructions to complete the process. Right-click on the adapter marked with a green mark and choose Properties. Click on Advanced and select Speed and Duplex under Properties. If none of these options resolve your problem, you will need a new PCIe Network Adapter. It is possible that you will need to have an IT professional install it.

The Realtek Family Controller will be essential for your wired internet. You'll rarely have problems if you follow the set-up instructions. You can fix minor issues yourself, but if the hardware fails, an IT professional might be needed to replace it.
