Psiphon doesn't require registration and you can use it immediately. It will automatically connect with the fastest server from among twenty regions. These are the United States, United Kingdom of Spain, Canada, Switzerland, Canada, India, and Canada. You can also choose the region you wish to access. After you have selected your region, your new IP address will appear on the screen.

There is a catch to bypassing censorship. If the region in which you are located is blocked from accessing the content, you will not be able get the content you desire. It is not possible to determine if the content is blocked until you have tried accessing the website, platform, or application. This is where you can use Psiphon's free-source code. This includes transporting modes, setting proxy ports locally and splitting the VPN tunnel. Psiphon can be used on Windows devices running Windows XP and older to bypass internet restrictions.
