ProgDVB for Windows

ProgDVB, a useful tool, allows you to view SAT TV and listen to digital radio channels via satellite using DVB-PCI cards and hardware decoders on board, SAT dish, and personal x86 compatible computer.

This app can be used to broadcast over the network and record audio or video of the stream to various digital-media formats.
