How does the Windows Performanceeter XP test work?

This week, I've been exploring the Windows Performanceeter tool and found it to be very interesting and useful. The most important thing I have found is that PES is the only tool that can speed up the process of getting a Vista and CPU running. Let's talk about this second.

Many people use computers daily for work and pleasure. Vista is using over 97% of my computer's total system resources, according to my testing. Vista is using my CPU in a way that is completely absurd to me. I began to look for a way to reduce my CPU usage, but not so much that my game time would be cut in half.

After looking around for a while, I realized that my registry was the problem. After playing around with some settings, I found the perfect match and ran the PES test. The PES test showed me that my computer was not capable of processing voice commands at a rapid rate. This was a good thing, as it means my computer can now run voice commands at a much faster rate. If you have the time and desire to give your computer a performance boost, then do it. I'm sure you'll be very pleased with the results.
