How to Convert PDF Files into a PDF File

I downloaded PDFFactory Pro a few weeks ago and installed it on my work machine. Every time I print out something in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, I get a confirmation message that it is a "Papua New Guinea pdf". It doesn't really matter what program I use, it makes me cringe. Is this really necessary? Isn't Microsoft supposed automatically detect the file extension and deliver the correct file format to me? It seems that not everything is perfect in corporate America.

My main reason for cringing when I see the error message about file extension is because I may accidentally create PDF files with any extension. I know I have created PDF files before, but I never thought of using the peyote Adobe driver to create them. The new driver allows me convert any PDF file to a "psd", by simply installing the fingerprint software onto my machine. The computer can convert any PDF file into a photoshape, or another acceptable format in just one click. If I have a presentation that must be created in a particular format, I just need to install the fingerprint software. I can then create PDFs quickly and easily.

Pdfactory Pro was another product I found while searching for a solution. This software can import any PDF file into a layout/design application. It can convert PDF files into any desired shape. I can also add text tracks for notes, a logo, or clipart to my document. Pdfactory Pro is different from other software packages in that it offers an automated PDF conversion feature which allows you to create a single pdf file instantly with just one click.
