Free PDF combining tool

PDFBinder is a free utility that allows you to combine multiple PDFs into one document. This tool allows you to choose which PDF documents you want to include in your binder, and it also facilitates file transfer.

Simple to use app

This tool is free and easy to use. It allows you to merge unlimited PDFs into one file, which makes it easier for sharing and saving.

This utility is able to merge PDFs well and only performs one task. Although the binding process is similar to zipping files, it doesn't reduce your PDF files. In the end, the number equals the sum total size of all documents involved in this process.

Simple UI

It is easy to use even for those with little experience, thanks to its simple user interface and lacks of endless menus and tools. Instead, the five buttons at the top do all the work.

This program is also free and doesn't display ads. It is safe because it installs locally and doesn't upload any documents to an outside server.

You can use this program by simply selecting the files that you wish to bind from your computer and then using the drag-and drop function to import them onto it. Next, arrange them in the desired order and click on the 'Save' button.

Limited functionality

You can't edit your documents after they are combined. PDFBinder's only function is the one it states in its title.

Lightweight

This program is simple and small because of its simplicity. It takes up very little memory on your hard drive, and uses very few resources.

It works with older Windows versions, making this feature even more important. It is not compatible with Mac. Instead, you can try Infix Editor.

Handy, but could do more

This tool is great for those who have to deal with multiple PDF files at once. The interface is not as intuitive as you would expect. It lacks the editing capabilities native to Adobe Acrobat DC and Foxit Reader, making it redundant.
