Program4PC developed Photo Editor, an image editor. This app provides basic photo editing capabilities such as cropping, color adjustments and overlays. An activation license can be purchased from the developers to unlock additional features such as GIF-making or file format conversion.

Installation and Interface

Photo Editor can be installed by simply downloading and running the installer file. Although the app is compatible with Windows PCs, it requires at least Windows 7 OS. Once the app is installed, the app home screen will load. It contains buttons that open separate interfaces for each of the Photo Editor's features, including screen capture, editing, conversion, and screen recording. One interface can only be used at one time. Users must close the current task before switching interfaces.

The free version of Photo Editor does not include image editing features. The image editor allows users to adjust the size and colors of their photos as well as add effects such as blurs, waves, and even vignettes. Images can also be enhanced with special effects such as sharpen, emboss and pixelation. To make images more creative and fun, users can add overlays such as hearts or confetti to them. You can create GIFs or Slideshows with the activated version. It can also be used to convert images to other file formats, capture screens, or extract images from video files.

Although Photo Editor is very simple, it is also very limited. Each interface takes a long time to load, making it difficult to switch between tasks. The app's premium features can be found in better alternatives such as PhotoScape.
