How to remove PC Checkup Software from Your Computer

Norton PC Checkup is a free download that allows users to run a system scan on their Microsoft Windows operating system. It can be used either as a standalone program or as part of a complete suite. Symantec released it in July 2008. Symantec released this software in July 2008. Many other software programs have since been released, all with the same goal as Pc-checkup. Although many of these software packages have limited capabilities, a few can detect and fix missing or damaged components of Windows and may be capable of speeding up your computer.

You can remove programs from your computer permanently by using PC checkup software. You can delete programs that you don’t use or don’t need if you have a lot of software on your computer. You can keep some of these programs for a later "registry" fix, but you will need to allow them to run in "safe mode" (also called "automatic mode") so they can continue to use their default settings and configurations, rather than being removed from your computer and losing any saved changes.

You can remove certain types of software using many PC checkup tools. You can remove programs that were created for Microsoft Windows XP. However, they won't work on Vista. The same applies to other operating systems.
