Mumble for Windows

Mumble is an open-source voice chat app for groups. It can be used for any type of activity, but it is primarily designed for gaming. It can be compared with programs like Ventrilo and TeamSpeak. You can host your own server and let users create and manage teams and channels, or record your talks.

The Mumble package contains two modules: the client (Mumble), and the server (Murmur). Speex, a high-quality voice codec and DSP library that allows echo cancellation and denoising, provides the best audio quality.
