The interface of MP3cutter is intuitive and easy to use. You will need to select the file you want to work on and navigate to it manually. Unfortunately, mp3cutter doesn't offer drag-and-drop functionality. The app will load a.MP3 file and display the saved music in a wave format. You can listen to the track or edit it. You can click in the wave form to select certain areas and then cut them out.

To run mp3cutter, you will need.Net Framework 4.0 installed on your computer. This can be installed at no additional charge.

Although the app is freeware, developers do request a small tip in order to upgrade to mp3cutter Plus. Plus-version allows you to merge two.mP3 files in one file.
