Once the server is created, it will allow you to play a multiplayer Minecraft games, so you can build huge buildings and worlds together. Minecraft Server is available for free on your Windows PC. Open-source alternatives include Pufferpanel, PaperMC, and Pterodactyl.

Minecraft Server allows you host the game software on your computer for all other players to use. These system requirements are required to run Minecraft Server software:

Java installed on your computerWindows 10, server or desktop4GB RAM or moreReliable network connectionUnlimited, unthrottled Internet connectivity as you need up 100 MB per player/hour

You can increase the server's performance by adding more RAM and a more powerful CPU.

Set up the server

Although there are no official guidelines on how to set up a Minecraft server (or even how to install it), the Minecraft community has created many tutorials, videos, and articles that show you how to use, modify, and install the Minecraft Server application. The English version is good quality.

There are four steps to setup. First, download the Minecraft Server software. Next, you install and configure the Minecraft Server software. Finally, you check your firewall settings. Next, open the Minecraft client and connect to your server. You can then open your Minecraft Server using either the JAR or EXE files.

Multiplayer game

Once your server has been set up, you can give the IP address to other players in your area so they can join the game. External links can also be enabled in your network. You can allow up to 20 players to join your game. This number can be increased through configuration. From the world folder, you must create a map for your multiplayer games.

Make your Minecraft multiplayer world

Minecraft Server software allows you and your family to play your favorite game together as a group. It is difficult and time-consuming to set up the server. It is rewarding to create a world for your guests.
