Midori is a lightweight, fast and simple web browser. The interface is simple and uncluttered. It provides you with everything you need, including the core navigation buttons that allow you to surf the Internet.
Midori's minimalist design is not the only thing that is noteworthy. To name a few, the Speed Dial site launcher screen as well as the default Duck Duck Go search engine are two of Midori's most notable features. You can also find an RSS icon in your address bar to indicate when your selected feeds are available. Midori automatically reopens your tabs from the last session. It also has some privacy tools such as script disabling and third-party cookie blocker. The included extensions include an integrated ad blocker and cookie manager.
Midori is fast and responsive. It uses the latest web technologies, and has a small, but powerful array of extensions that provide the majority of the features you would expect from a basic web browser.
Navigating the app is easy. It won't take long to find all the features, bookmarks, history, download management, private browsing, etc. We could only find the Import Bookmarks tool as a problem. It will not find and use other browsers' data. Instead, it imports from an XBEL file or HTML file. Extension support is also very limited. This browser is not the right one if you're looking for advanced preferences or settings to tweak around.
If you are a power user, then stay away. Midori is a lightweight web browser that is fast and easy to use if you are looking for basic web browsing.
