Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI), a central programming interface and component of Microsoft Windows, is used to install, configure, and remove hardware and software. This allows for smooth, automated operation and reduces training expenses. It can be integrated into the latest Microsoft products like Windows Vista, operating system, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Windows Mobile apps, and Microsoft Office products. Windows Installer can be used to install and remove Microsoft products. It can be integrated with existing platforms and can run from the Windows installation disc, CD-ROM, flash memory, or flash drive. It is easy to update the entire system by simply clicking one button.
Microsoft Windows Installer allows users to manage all components of Microsoft Windows efficiently and avoid setup problems. Microsoft Windows Setup will install all required components of Microsoft Windows, including language and region settings, product key and warranty, Windows Platform version, and other details. After the Windows Installer is installed, all subsequent setups will be automatically managed by the Windows Installer. Windows setup handles the installation of Microsoft Windows products like Windows XP and Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.
The Microsoft Windows Setup tool allows users to install, reconfigure and remove Microsoft Windows Installer. Open the Start Menu on your desktop and click Run to start the Microsoft Windows Installer. Next, enter "msconfig", in the empty field. Select "Automatic" in the section "Startup Type" and click OK. The Microsoft Windows Installer will then be successfully installed. Click on the "Remove” button on the setup menu to remove the Microsoft Windows Installer.
