Lunascape developers have combined the three most popular rendering engines (Trident/Gecko, WebKit), into a single, customizable web browser.

Lunascape has over 100 built-in functions, which saves you the time and effort of manually installing extensions. You can browse safely and comfortably without worrying about security or speed.

These are the key features:

Search with highlighted search quickly. Comfortable high-speed browsing. Gecko add-on support. Cascade view.Versatile Tab Menu.Multi tabbed Rows. Customizable toolbar.

It is easy to switch the rendering engine of any page by clicking the smart engine-switch link next to the address bars. This will allow you to choose the most appropriate engine to display the page contents. Sites that are exclusively Trident-oriented (e.g. bank sites) can be registered in Auto-Engine-Switch. This means that even if Gecko is the default engine, opening Trident pages automatically switches to Trident.

Lunascape is built using independently developed technology. The developers claim that it is faster than other browsers using the Gecko engine in terms of startup speed and execution of javascripts.

Lunascape displays web pages in tabs. Each tab has a comprehensive menu that can be accessed by right-clicking on its title. This menu gives you instant access to all operations applicable to that tab, such switching the rendering engine or capturing the page. Lunascape also offers multi-row tabbed bars. These allow you to display your tabs in as many rows as you need, while still keeping the width of each tab. You can also specify that all tabs should be kept in one row if desired.

Lunascape is a capable browser. However, it can be cumbersome and has a few nice tricks like support for mouse gestures and Gecko add-ons. But it still feels like a clone. Lunascape may not be the browser you're looking for.
