Luminesce is a first-person shooter that uses standard keyboard controls. Spacespy created it. You can download the English strategy game for Windows 7 and Windows 10 free of charge.

The game involves flying in dark space and collecting fast-moving, neon-colored gems. You also have to shoot at your enemies. You must complete both stages to get a high score, despite the disorienting effects of fast-moving objects. Brawl Stars and Battle Realms are other strategy shooter games.

The background is dark with fast-moving objects of various shapes and sizes in neon colors. Your spacecraft is shaped like a purple shell and you are constantly shooting, showing rows of neon-colored lines. It's a modern version of the Space Invaders game. Luminesce is different because your enemies don’t shoot at you and you only have to avoid crashing into them.

There are two stages to the game and only a few settings that can be adjusted.

You can toggle post-processing on and off. Adjust the brightness to bright or dim. Turn the music on or off.

Zombie Shooter is a game where you must defend yourself against an army Zombies. You can use guns, bows, and even more unusual tools like chainsaws and gas masks. It has a simple interface and a 2D view that shows the action.

Luminesce is very similar to Zombie Shooter. Both games require you to move and shoot at your enemies constantly. Both games require you to move sideways and forwards to align your shots with your enemies.

Zombie Shooter can be challenging and fast-paced. Luminesce can cause disorientation due to its fast-moving neon objects. You will need quick reflexes to line up the shapes and shoot them. It is difficult to see your enemies and avoid them from colliding with you. It is much more difficult to score high in Luminesce.
