v 2.2.0|LibreCAD Org
LibreCAD is a 2D CAD program that is fully open-source and comprehensive. It is available in more languages than 20 and cross-platform for all major operating systems (Debian, Ubuntu Fedora Mandriva, Fedora and Linux).
Although LibreCAD's interface might seem confusing at first glance, you will soon get used to it if you read the extensive Help documentation that comes with the application. The interface consists of a menu bar that allows you to add elements quickly. You can also view your ongoing project from a variety of panes.
LibreCAD supports many formats for importing, such as DXF and LFF, CXF and JWW. Exporting can be done using DXF and LFF.
LibreCAD offers many editing and drawing options. You can add lines, circles, points, circles and ellipses to your drawings. You can zoom in and out, move, copy, rotate, mirror and scale elements, and even align them, rotate them, mirror them, scale them, and even rotate them. You can also divide, stretch, delete, lengthen, bevel and divide text into letters. LibreCAD is an excellent choice if you require more than a basic 2DCAD application. It is well-designed, requires little resources, and is open source.
