Krunker is a multiplayer game for Windows you can play online. Krunker stands out among many other battle royale-style games.

The game's appearance is the first thing you'll notice upon loading the Krunker website. It has a similar 3D aesthetic to Minecraft, but without the environmental destruction or crafting.

It is also quite bland with a lot of simple textures and jagged edges. Krunker's simple graphics can cause you to lag against more than ten players.

You can adjust this last point with the many settings options. You can do the same for almost every aspect of the game.

You can adjust the UI in your browser, toggle damage, score and health, as well as other displays. You can also change the keys and controls you like, and many other things. You have a lot of options to make the browser game look and work the way you want.

Krunker isn't just free to use in a Windows internet browser; most of its content is also free. Registering is as easy as choosing a username and password. You don't even need an email address to register. You can log in and play without logging in. However, you will be listed as a guest and some character options will not be available to you.

The attached store allows you to buy in-game items using real-world cash. You can buy, e.g. Character costumes and super-rare weapon skins such as Frostbite are examples.

Krunker was originally launched for Windows browsers in January 2019, but recently a mobile version has been made available. You'll find the same combination of game and character options no matter which version you choose. You can choose from different weapon load-outs and host a game. You can also choose the map, character/weapons and the number players. It is not Fortnite, but it does provide a great way to play multiplayer games - and it's completely free!
