Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Game Review
Disney's Jazz Jackrabbit, the second game in the long-awaited series about the unlikely hero Popeye, is now available. Although the second game isn't as good as the original, it still has its fans. The only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because of its poor port. Let's face it, who wants to play a PC gaming program that has lag? I'm going to give you a quick review of the new game.
Epic MegaGames created Jazz Jackrabbit 2a side scrolling platformer game. It was originally released for Windows and later for Macintosh in the Epic Megagames Classics Collection. Jazz Jackrabbit 2 features side-scrolling levels, as well as additional multiplayer options such the ability to play it over an Internet connection or a LAN. You can also turn the camera, zoom out and back, flip through the menus, highlight objects with the keyboard, lock your screen, and many other cool features. The new game does not have any built-in level editor. This could have been a nice feature.
Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is free to play online. Those who like the game can also purchase the original game at a very affordable price. This game's price is actually lower than the second in the series. If you enjoyed Jazz Jackrabbit, and would like to have the entire series with all its extras, I recommend downloading the game free of charge. Jazz Jackrabbit 2 will keep you entertained, regardless of whether you enjoyed the first game.
