Insaniquarium – Styrofoam Adventures in Windows & Mac

Flying Bear Entertainment has created Insaniquarium, an aquarium simulation game that is quite simple. Insaniquarium was first released as a Java program in 2021. Due to its unrealistic aquarium design, and the gameplay, the program was not well-received by gamers or programmers. The majority of the program's audience were so disappointed with the game play that they stopped playing it again. The company released two sequels of the aquarium simulation game Insaniquarium: Styrofoam Adventures.

Insaniquarium is now available for Windows and Mac. While the Mac version has some differences (e.g. missing tiles), the basic concept of Insaniquarium is the same. Both versions of the insaniquarium allow you to care for a variety of aquatic life by using several aquariums. The difference between the two versions is that you can interact with the fish and/or alien creatures within the aquarium. This is a significant difference from the earlier game.

Insaniquarium allows you to manage the growth of a variety of marine life in five tanks. To move up to the next level, you must successfully care for all the fish until they reach the right size and are able to reproduce. Each round, the player earns points by successfully caring for their fish. The next round will determine which fish tank is targeted. There are no other objectives in either the single-player or multi-player insaniquarium adventure modes.
