Inno Setup is a free Windows program installer. Inno Setup was introduced in 1997 and today surpasses commercial installers in terms of feature set and stability.

You can get extensive support for installing 64-bit applications on 64-bit editions Windows. Both the x64 as well as Itanium architectures can be supported. For 64-bit installation in 64-bit mode on Windows Server 2003, Service Pack 1 or higher is required for the Itanium architecture. Allows you to create a single executable to install your program online.
