Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets - Was It Really Ported to the Wii by Harry Potter?

The adventure-adventure videogame Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is based on the Harry Potter book series. It has been a very popular game in Japan and has been downloaded quite a few times. It was also one of the few Nintendo Wii titles to be released globally and received a lot acclaim. It wasn't well-received by Nintendo Wii players around the globe. Here are the reasons:

The Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets videogame is quite old. It's nothing new. The game plays very similar to the older Harry Potter games and the Chamber of Secrets games for the Game Boy Color. It was also the last Game Boy Color game to be released, so technically it was the final of the series. This one was not available for Nintendo Wii users.

Although I think it's a terrible port, I give it the benefit of my doubt to the developers because they knew exactly what they were doing when porting this game for the Wii. As a child, I fondly remember playing Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets as it was one of my favourite video games. It looks like it could have been the next generation in gaming, judging by its visuals, sound and gameplay.
