Free reverse engineering framework

Cyber viruses are a major problem in cybersecurity, especially in recent years. There have been numerous instances of state-sponsored hacking. We need to understand how viruses and malicious attacks work, and reverse-engineering them is a great way to do that. The Ghidra app, which was developed by NSA comes in handy. It's a premium reverse engineering tool that is free to use.

Ghidra is free and extremely effective, but it can be difficult for novice users. To use Ghidra effectively, you will need to receive extensive training. Flashpoint Ultimate and VIPRE Advanced Security are two other apps that deal in Cybersecurity.

Ghidra is not for everyone, as we have already stated. The app requires a solid programming background. NSA has training resources available for those who need some guidance to get started.

Ghidra's graphical user interface (GUI), allows you to invert colours on the site. This gives you the possibility to create a dark theme. This change will not affect files and documents. It's only the general layout that will be affected.

These steps will allow you to make the GUI change:

Click on Edit>Tool Options>Tool Allow> 'Use inverted colours'>, and then restart Ghidra

It's not surprising that Ghidra is a powerful and efficient tool, as it was developed and maintained by the US Federal Agency (NSA). Ghidra requires extensive programming knowledge.
