Friday Night Fever is a different situation than the normal Boyfriend attending a concert and being coerced into participating in a rhythm competition. Instead, you play Fever, the mayor of Funk Town. During your return from space, you accidentally land on another planet. As with Friday Night Funkin', the easiest way to play is with your keyboard's cursor keys (arrow keys).

Gamebanana's developers have used the Kade Engine for more accurate input detection and to improve the accuracy of keypresses.

The game takes place against the backdrop of a planet full of criminals and other enemies. This game is not suitable for children because of the dark tone in the narrative and rhythm battles.

The gameplay is the same as any Friday Night Funkin' game. You are in a musical battle against an opponent. Each player takes turns trying to hit the arrows at the right moment to keep the rhythm.
