Eudora for Windows

ScamWatch fights "phishing" schemes that use disguised URLs to collect personal information. Eudora now detects any URL in the link that is different from the host name, and warns you to be cautious before connecting.

Version 8 is now open-source and based on Thunderbird. The project's goal was to integrate the EudoraA(r), user experience with Mozilla. The developers wanted to create a Eudora version that was open-source and based on Mozilla Thunderbird. They didn't intend to compete with Thunderbird, but rather to enhance it. Eudora's team is committed to maintaining the Eudora experience while also keeping Thunderbird compatible. The ultimate goal is to continue building around a single development community for Thunderbird, Eudora.
