Dream Software Studio developed DreamMail, an email service. This desktop application can be used to manage multiple accounts on one platform. You can also export your email contents in EML, HTML, or TXT file formats. It supports email protocols like Simple Mail Transfer Protocol and Post Office Protocol. It integrates with Gmail and Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, as well as other email providers. DreamMail has a simple user interface. A comprehensive list of functions is available for both small businesses and large corporations.

DreamMail's setup assistant is displayed immediately upon launch. A series of dialog boxes will appear that allow you to create a default account and configure multiple users. If you add more than one user, make sure to enter the email addresses that support POP3, SMTP and eSMTP protocols. It may take some time for your online mail service to sync if it has received a large number of messages.

DreamMail provides the same tabs found in emailing platforms like inbox, outbox and trash. You can also access other functions of your email service via the integrated web browser. The software's Really Simple Syndication Reader, or RSS reader, allows you to open XML files. HTML-based mail is also supported. DreamMail stores attachments and messages sent to and from an account. If the server considers the thread inactive, the email content will be permanently deleted.

You can also organize messages in password-protected files. To ensure that classified information is protected, you can change the level of protection for your inbox as well as deleted emails. You may not be able use this app immediately. It is important that you note that DreamMail has many Chinese UI elements, such as its default language or its installer. You can switch settings and change the language using the tabs to the upper left.
