A desktop organization utility

DeskPins is an easy-to-use, free app that allows you to better manage your display programs and increase productivity. You can pin your most important applications and tasks to your UI so you can access them at any time.

Simple prioritization

It can be overwhelming to have multiple windows open at once on your desktop. Many apps are available to make managing your desktop easier. For a complete controller app, you could choose Menu Tools for Windows. DeskPins, however, is a great choice if you need something simpler.

This simple, lightweight app can be used to pin your most important windows to other running apps. This allows you to focus on the important things and leave the background stuff behind.

DeskPins is easy to use and has a simple user interface. You can pin windows to make them easy to access. This prevents them from getting lost under other open apps.

You don't have to limit yourself to one program. You can pin as many programs as you want. Once you do this, they will appear above the rest of the display.

DeskPins are best for simple tasks. It will be most useful if you pin smaller windows, such lists or calendars, over larger ones.

You can delete a pin programme after you have finished using it. You can also access pin management settings and assign hotkeys for extra ease of use.

This app is only compatible with older versions of Windows OS. Chameleon Window Manager is available for Windows 7 and higher. Similar functionalities can be found in Afloat for Macs.

It's old-fashioned, but still very useful

Even though it may look a little outdated, DeskPins can be a great productivity booster for those who use older versions of Windows. It is easy to use, regardless of your level of experience, and can be very helpful if you do a lot on your computer.
