Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Official is an official game that's based on the 1993 incident in which the United States launched dual military operations into Somalia. A Black Hawk was shot down in hostile territory, and the military unit had the task of fighting their way out. This incident was the basis for a movie. It's a similar FPS as Call of Duty.

As you defeat mission objectives within the warzone, engage in close quarters gun battles. In practice, the close combat with hostiles in Delta Force resembles Left 4 Dead.

It's a simple FPS game against AI-controlled enemies. Each mission has its own objectives that you must complete. You can give commands to other characters, such as telling them how to throw grenades, hold position, or hold fire.

This game is quite old so it will not require as much processing power and RAM as modern games. This game is available in many ports, so you can play it on any platform. However, it is best to play it on a computer or laptop.

This is not a standalone war game. It frames its events around Black Hawk Down, which is also the basis for the movie of the same title.

Although it was a great FPS shooter, Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Official isn't equipped with the latest gameplay innovations we are used to. It comes across as a little dated and generic.

It shines because it is a story-driven, brightly lit shooting game. Unfortunately, the character design is not very appealing due to the limitations of the game's time. The controls are also clunky and make it difficult to use.
