CrococryptFile for Windows

CrococryptFile, a small file encryption tool that is not intrusive, creates encrypted archives from arbitrary files and/or folders.

CrococryptFile is a software suite that includes the following: Password based encryption (following PBKDF2) using AES256, Windows Keystore based encryption with RSA keys and AES256, and GPG/OpenPGP Key based encryption with AES256.

CrococryptFile's encryption features could be compared to a ZIP utility that uses ZIP's AES encryption. However, there are some differences between them. CrococryptFile encrypts all file information including file names and date, as well as file size information. It also hides any archive content because all data and metadata are simply merged into one giant file dump.

CrococryptFile is a very useful tool that allows you to securely encode files and makes them inaccessible to other users. You can add individual files to a password protected archive. The utility encodes the file name and time/date as well as the file's size information. The application integrates with Windows Explorer context menu. You can also right-click the file to start the encoding process.
