The application allows you to manage data between your PS Vita System and your PC. You can back up your system files to the computer's memory or to a PS Vita card using the application.

You can also transfer files, such as music and images, between your devices. If connected to an internet connection, the application allows users to update their PlayStation system. However, you will need to have a Wi Fi access point.
