You know how difficult it is to find a program that allows you to compare two Windows systems using its Compare It! software. You can do this with some programs, but only for a small amount of data. Because the computer is required to access and process the information being compared, most programs take longer and use more resources.

Compare It! The program will prompt to load two documents into a file. It will then open the files side-by side. The differences are highlighted once again, as mentioned previously.

Once the files are loaded, a wizard will appear on the screen to allow you to compare them. You can choose from different comparison views that allow you to compare the source and target files side-by-side. You can merge files, rename them and even copy text or HTML from one file to another. You can also create target panes and set a width and height for virtual lines. It allows you to synchronize to an Exchange backup server. You can sync to Exchange Server to continue comparing documents without the need to manually add, update, or remove files. You can be certain that your files are always current, no matter what you do!
