Blue Screen View - What Is It?

Blue ScreenView is an utility for Microsoft Windows operating systems. It displays all errors related to Windows, including blue screen crashes. It displays all relevant information in a tree view. Each node has an extension that ranges from hex values up to INI values.

Blue ScreenView allows users scan a dump file to identify specific programs and hardware that are causing problems. It displays all pertinent information, including the windows version used, the names and process IDs of running processes, their version numbers, task IDs, modified or damaged registry keys, and the location of the crashed files. It can display diagnostic events like active or errors, activex manager errors and device driver loading error. It can even recover files corrupted by incorrect application removal or copying. Bluescreenview's last advantage is its ability to be run as an automated task using the powersavedotepad feature of Windows. This will allow you schedule the scanning of critical files without having to manually start them.

Blue ScreenView is similar to the utility windows display during a crash, but unlike windows, it allows you to specify which files are being searched. It is extremely useful for diagnosing and preventing system crashes. It has a similar feature as Advanced Task Manager (ATS) in that it can display detailed information about your computer’s processes. This utility is available for free on the internet. After installation, you can activate it and scan your computer free of charge. To make it easier to use, you can choose the one that offers a graphical user interface (GUI).
