Amazon Chime, a communication service from the tech giant, is now available. It's an audio- and video-conferencing app that allows small businesses and corporations to communicate with their colleagues within and outside their organization. It runs on Windows 10, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. All employees of your company can join an Amazon Chime Call anywhere and anytime.

Amazon Chime provides a wide range of functions that can be used to attend meetings, chat, as well as security and administration. Automated voice over internet protocol is one of the features that are dedicated to meetings. This allows Amazon Chime to launch the call automatically. Even if the call is ongoing, you can invite up to 15 people to a call. You can either manually use the Invite tab, or you can use Alexa Business to do it.

Chat features allow you to communicate one-on-one with clients and colleagues, or as part of a group. Like other telecommunication programs you can use chat to communicate with people one-to-one or in groups. You can also send attachments, adjust notification controls, and post incoming webhooks. Chat Room is a Chime collaboration feature. Chat Rooms are able to host up to 50 people, but group chats have a limit of 50. Chat Rooms can be created to allow you to connect with colleagues and discuss topics on an ongoing basis.

Amazon has provided Chime with Advanced Encryption Standard (256-bit keys) to protect classified information and files that are being shared. AES256, also known as the industry standard for security, encrypts all files and text that are shared on the platform. Amazon Web Services CloudTrial allows you to monitor your account's activity log.

Amazon Chime has many functions that you can use for connecting with colleagues and clients. Its chat functions and security system ensure that every message is delivered to the right person. You have complete control over the meeting thanks to the audio and video calling features. The number of callers is limited at 15. This could hinder companies who want to hold alignment meetings, pitches, or other conference calls with large numbers of users. Overall, Chime can keep business operations running remotely.
