Advanced Run is a free program by NirSoft that's available in English, other languages, and compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 10. It can be used on both 32-bit and 64 bit systems, but it doesn't support some functions on Windows XP.

This simple tool can be used to run any software that has different settings than the default. You can adjust the priority, start directory, and select different users and permissions.
